Rare 1960s chunky red woven yarn wool coat by Hubert Latimer for IRENE (Latimer was the designer for ‘Irene’ after the MGM legend died, and then he was the principal designer for ‘Christian Dior - New York’.) Belted, with an "H" logo buckle. Red silk taffeta lined, with a lace trim. Excellent condition with age-appropriate wear, including wear to buckle's chrome finish. Bust 41”, high waist 38”, length 40”, sleeve 22”.
